Fantastic. Her words put you right beside that tiny crib or right inside her thoughts. The book brought tears and it brought smiles but most of all it brought encouragement.
Straight from the heart. The great insight, strength and courage is shared from a mother's point of view. Linda's unwavering strength, positive attitude and love for disabled son, Matthew, is such an amazing gift. The joy Matthew shares in response is well worth the sacrifice. A wonderful read!!
Such an amazing book full of hope, joy, and love! If you are having a hard time and life has thrown you a serious curve ball, this is a great read!! It will take you from the point of brokenness into true freedom through the only One who can give it. I will definitely be passing it on!
The story of a Caregiving Angel on Earth.....Sharing her love and her faith and her strength with her sweet son and her family. A wonderful LIVING TESTIMONY and example of living your life with Christ your Savior......Trusting him at every turn, loving Him forever.
This is an absolute MUST READ BOOK. I honestly think this book will change you, in a positive way. It will bring many tears to your eyes but also many smiles. She does an excellent job at allowing the reader a front row seat into the constant struggles but does even better at showing how rewarding it can be and how he (her son) is able to accomplish so much......because she BELIEVES, doesn't give up HOPE and has tremendous FAITH. This isn't a book you will only read once, you'll comeback to it time and time again.
This is a bible study and a story all in one. The author Linda M Lind knows what she is talking about when she shares about her faith in Jesus Christ. The scriptures have come alive in her and she is a living testimony of the Holy Bible. Anyone can benefit from this book. It is 67 pages of easy reading. Whether you are a new believer and searching for more understanding or you are a long time believer all will enjoy with an open heart. I think this book is great for all young mom's who find themselves looking for peace and hope whatever disabilities they face. Do buy one and have your high lighter ready. You will find so many useful nuggets of wisdom.
This book isn't something you just "read" and put down and say, "well that was a good book". As I read it I felt like I was right there going through each moment of trials, struggles, fears and ultimately lifted with hope and faith in our Savior for always being there in the midst of each need that arose daily. The reader is allowed through Linda's sharing her story to step into their lives and experience their private thoughts, struggles and constant relying on Jesus to get them through. It is as if you are right there in the room watching what is going on as she shares her heart and love for her son Matthew, to make it through each need that comes up in caring for him. What a beautiful share of God's presence and provision to a family that relies on God for every need.
